Otherwise, there are no restrictions for food or activity before or after your treatment. We encourage you to have healthy meals and stay hydrated.
What should I wear or bring to my session?
Most patients find HBOT sessions relaxing. You’ll rest comfortably in a 7½-foot-long steel chamber, breathing 100% pure oxygen through a mask. The oxygen has no smell or taste. During pressurization and depressurization, you may feel pressure changes, similar to airplane travel. A trained technician will monitor you throughout the session. You can sit or lie down inside the chamber, and afterward, you can resume normal activities, stay hydrated, and rest.

Do you accept insurance?
