These medical practices are solely responsible for all clinical decisions, including patient diagnosis, treatment planning, and the delivery of care. All medical judgments and treatment decisions are made exclusively by licensed healthcare practitioners exercising their independent professional judgment.

MD Hyperbaric franchisees provide non-clinical business and administrative support services to the independently owned professional medical practices. MD Hyperbaric and its franchisees do not provide, and are not licensed to provide, clinical or medical services of any kind. Neither MD Hyperbaric nor any franchisee employs, supervises, directs, or exercises control over any physician, healthcare practitioner, or other clinical provider. Nothing in the relationship between a franchisee and any medical practice is intended to influence, interfere with, or otherwise affect the independent medical judgment of any healthcare practitioner. MD Hyperbaric does not own, operate, or control any medical practice, and no medical practice is a subsidiary, affiliate, or division of MD Hyperbaric or any franchisee.
